Gav’s Last Wish ❤️

As our family comes to terms with the heartbreaking loss of our beloved Gav, we want to honour one of his final wishes — a wish that was incredibly close to his heart.

He wanted contributions to go to Young Hearts Australia, because of his beautiful grandson, Cooper.

Being a grandfather meant so much to him. Cooper is a very special part of his life, and he wanted to help create a future where young hearts like Cooper’s have every opportunity to grow, thrive and be supported.

In the midst of our grief, we want to turn his final wish into something positive — something that carries his love for his grandson forward and helps other young people and families along the way.

So, instead of flowers or gifts, we are asking that anyone who would like to honour his memory consider making a contribution to our GoFundMe for Young Hearts Australia.

Every contribution, no matter how small, will help us fulfil his final wish.
