<div>Gav’s Last Wish ❤️
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As our family comes to terms with the heartbreaking loss of our beloved Gav, we want to honour one of his final wishes — a wish that was incredibly close to his heart.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He wanted contributions to go to Young Hearts Australia, because of his beautiful grandson, Cooper.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Being a grandfather meant so much to him. Cooper is a very special part of his life, and he wanted to help create a future where young hearts like Cooper’s have every opportunity to grow, thrive and be supported.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In the midst of our grief, we want to turn his final wish into something positive — something that carries his love for his grandson forward and helps other young people and families along the way.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So, instead of flowers or gifts, we are asking that anyone who would like to honour his memory consider making a contribution to our GoFundMe for Young Hearts Australia.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution, no matter how small, will help us fulfil his final wish.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For our Gav.
</div>
<div>For his grandson Cooper.
</div>
<div>And for all the young hearts he wanted to help. ❤️
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping us honour him in a way that reflects the love he had for his family and, especially, for his beautiful grandson.
</div>
