Hi everyone- as many of you know we recently found out that my cousins 3 kids: Skyler, 15; Gavin, 13; and Finnley, 4 were abandoned by their mother and have all been placed in separate foster homes. We have come to find out that Skyler has been exploited and is addicted to heroin and meth and has been missing for nearly a month. This breaks our hearts - and we are working closely with police and their social worker to find her and get her into recovery. In what I can only describe as a miracle, Gavin who was born with behavioral problems due to my cousins drug use during pregnancy, is in a foster home that is giving him the support he so greatly needs. That leaves us with Baby Finnley - this little guy has never in his 4 short years lived in a stable home and is now about to be permanently placed in the foster system. We are limited in what we can do for Skyler until we find her We are blessed Gavin is getting love and support ❤️ But WE CAN SAVE Finnley, we HAVE TO. ⭐️November 9, 2020 we head to Lancaster, South Carolina to go to Family Court to get custody of Finnley and bring him home to Florida, to family that wants him and wants to love him the way he deserves. Our world has been turned upside down - but we know this is the right thing to do - it’s the only thing to do. He’s our blood To qualify for custody we need to live in a home that has a space for him. Currently we live in a 2br so we need to move. This is the most expensive part of all of this and the need is immediate (First, Last, Security, overlapping rent, moving costs, fees). We have lots of extra furniture, a brand new twin mattress, and plenty of friends with young children to get clothes and toys. We just need help covering these high costs in the short term, getting qualified, moving, getting him here, and getting him settled. Thankfully we are in a place in our life where we can support Finnley, but the high cost of the unplanned expenses we have to take care of ASAP are outside of our capabilities. Any help we can get to cover these immediate costs would mean the world to us Please consider helping us Save Finnley from the abusive destructive life we couldn’t save Skyler or Gavin from. ❤️ Thank you
