Gavin Wright's Eagle Scout Project
Donation protected
My name is Gavin Wright, and I am a Life Scout in Troop 464, of Ruthsburg, Maryland. Before reaching the highest possible rank of Eagle Scout, every Boy Scout must complete a project, that benefits the community. My project is to build collection boxes for worn American flags, in and around Centreville, Maryland.
Right now, the goal is to reach $3,000, to cover the cost of the building materials (wood, nails, metal, paint, etc.) for three boxes, as well as the concrete that the box will sit on. However, extra funds could be used for more boxes or maybe display wraps.
Every donation helps the project, even if it is only a dollar.
Note, the picture is of a similar flag donation project on Kent Island.
