My middle son, Gavin Cole, 11 years old (far right in the photograph) was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. He will need dialysis and then a transplant soon. Along side the failing kidneys he also has high blood pressure and a loss of protiens. He will forever be on blood pressure medications and requires a certain diet (low sodium, low fat and low phosphates). Gavin's mother, has recently left her job to be home for Gavin and his 2 brothers.
