Next week me and my Para Reg mate Jay will be attempting the 3 PEAKS CHALLENGE for Help for Heroes. The aim is to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon in 24 hours and in the process raise money to benefit a charity very close to our hearts.

Help for Heroes provides life-changing support to veterans and their families. They help people with their physical and mental health, as well as their welfare and social needs.

With myself being a former British Army infanteer and Jay currently still serving in the Parachute Regiment, it is a charity very much close to our hearts. Please donate what you can!
