Gather and Give was born from a moment that changed my perspective forever. After a concert with my little brother in Salt Lake City, I saw a homeless person sitting alone on a cold, windy night. I wanted to help, but I had no cash and my brother was eager to get home. As I drove away, I couldn't shake the feeling that I needed to do something. It felt like the Holy Ghost was guiding me, so I turned the car around, drove back, and found him searching through a trashcan. I asked if he wanted something to eat, and after getting him a meal, I realized this was just the beginning of what I could do to help others in need.

With Gather and Give, my goal is to start by providing meals to people experiencing homelessness in Salt Lake City. I want to offer more than just food—I hope to share warmth through blankets and coats, and spiritual support by giving out books of Mormon to those who are interested. This movement is about meeting both physical and spiritual needs, and I plan to expand wherever the need is greatest.

I will be documenting this journey on my Instagram account @gatherandgive_ so supporters can follow along and see the impact their donations make. I am starting this effort as soon as possible, inspired by that night and the conviction that we can make a real difference together.
