Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out with hope in my heart and a small request for support.

My sister and her husband have been deaf since childhood. They live in a small village in Latvia with their five beautiful children the youngest just four months old. Life hasn't been easy for them. Her husband is the sole earner in the family, but due to his disability and the limited job opportunities in their rural area, his income isn't enough to cover all the essentials they need.

Currently, they’re cooking on a tiny electric stove, which leads to huge electricity bills every month money they can barely afford. What they truly need is a gas cooker, which would make their daily life so much easier and save them from the burden of high energy costs.

This July marks their 20th wedding anniversary, and as her sister, I would love to surprise them with a meaningful gift. But as a single mom myself, I can’t afford to buy it on my own so I’m asking for help from kind-hearted people like you.

If we can raise enough, I also hope to contribute a little toward small but important home repairs. Their house is very old and needs some fresh paint, new wallpaper, and minor fixes to make it safer and more comfortable for their children.
