On Sunday the 27th of April, I’ll be running the London Marathon in the memory of Liam Taylor and Ashley Ann Wadsworth.

Liam tragically lost his life to knife crime in January 2020 and Ashley tragically lost her life in February 2022 to domestic violence.

The Liam Taylor Legacy which is founded by Liams Grandmother Julie Taylor BCAc, raise awareness within schools and colleges throughout the South of England of the risks, dangers and impact of knife crime and domestic violence, not only to deter from these crimes occurring but also to give anyone living in fear or suffering from domestic violence the support and advice to report their abuser and get help.

In addition to this, the Liam Taylor Legacy donate life saving bleed kits, bleed control units, metal detecting wands throughout Essex, whilst providing training to local business’s and companies on the use of these.

Many of these bleed kits have already been used to save of lives within the Essex area.
