Hi, my name is Nathan Gilbert and I am a life scout in boys scout troop 126. I am going for my eagle and to do that, I need to plan, raise money for, and carry out a service project that helps my community. For my project, I have decided to build a gaga ball pit for Palomino Elementary school. The school is a title 1 and therefore, they cannot allocate a lot of their funds to playground equipment. So, what I have decided to do is build them a pit for a popular playground game called Gaga Ball. This will give the children of that school access to a popular and fun playground game that they otherwise would not be able to participate in due to it requiring this pit. For me to reach my goal, I need approximately 1,600 dollars in material costs. Any excess funds will go straight to the beneficiary. Please help me reach my goal to become an eagle scout.
