Hello everyone, I am Murad Saad, 21 years old. I have lived my entire life in Gaza, studying graphic design at Al-Azhar University. I grew up in a family of nine members, the youngest of whom is my sister Suwar, who is seven years old. Her life has turned into a nightmare, from an educational and school reality to a life that does not resemble the previous one at all. Everything was lost in less than a second, and our dreams have now turned into nothing but a desire for safety.

This has transformed me from a person with dreams and goals into someone without dreams, without goals, without identity, who only supports his family with the simplest means to stay alive.

Our home, with all our memories, was lost in the blink of an eye and turned to ashes due to the Israeli bombardment, with nothing left to remind us of the details of this house or the memories that remained in every corner of it.

We lost many things, I mean we lost our lives.

We were displaced from our home in October to my uncle's and relatives' house, wearing summer clothes. We could find nothing to eat for my family and me, and we did not know what awaited us in the coming days. Would we endure harder times than these? Would we find another place if this one became dangerous? Unfortunately, we became homeless, without a place to lie down.

With my family and my younger siblings in the freezing cold and against the cold walls, we are in summer clothes with nothing to warm us from this cold that nearly killed us, and without food, we became left with nothing, without shelter, and without even any money in one day.

Will we live beyond these days of suffering? Here is my father, whose face shows signs of fatigue and sadness for all he has lost and continues to lose more and more.

He hasn't received any salary for five months, our savings have run out, and there is nothing left.

There is no funding for us apart from the aid that barely suffices, and with rising prices due to the war, we are left without any financial support, which has caused us significant harm. The lack of clean water and absence of nutritious food means all we eat are preservative-laden canned goods.

I don't know what might happen to my life and my family's; everything has been destroyed. So, we have nothing left in our hands, and we are seeking your help to get my family and me out of Gaza so that the situation doesn't worsen.

This amount will be for travelling outside Gaza, for me and my family, which costs €50,000 to allow us to enter through the Rafah crossing, and what remains of this amount will be for living in a safe place and adapting abroad. We are nine individuals, my father's name is MazenSaeed Masal, 46 years old; Mohamed Mazen, 22 years old; Ahmad Mazen, 20 years old; Huda Mazen, 19 years old; Nasra Mazen, 20 years old; Ala Mazen, 16 years old. University and school students, at the beginning of our lives, schools and universities have been destroyed.

We deserve a healthy educational environment to support our success in this life, to have a safe home as our refuge, to eat warm, delicious food filled with family feelings, and to drink clean, healthy water.

Instead of being university students, we find it unacceptable to be in these conditions, but we are thankful to God that we have found a roof and a place that brings us together. The situation is unstable and getting worse, and we have no idea what comes next or when this conflict will end.

I ask for help now, as time is passing and danger is approaching, we want to survive. Your support will help us escape Gaza and this conflict, giving us a chance to start a new safe life away from danger. Thank you.
