"I’m nominating Kelly because of who he is and the life he has lived. He served his country and has faced many challenges in the years since. Through it all, he has remained dedicated to his family.

Kelly has raised several children, including some with significant needs. He loves his family deeply and has worked hard to care for them. His commitment has never wavered, even during the most difficult times.

He also lives with health issues connected to his military service. He does not speak about it often, but those close to him understand the impact it has had on his daily life.

Even with these challenges, Kelly keeps a positive outlook. He continues to show up for his family and do what he can each day. His strength is quiet but steady."
