Jennifer’s Journey

As some of you know, my sister Jennifer Bergeron was diagnosed with breast cancer last September. Since then she has undergone a double mastectomy and 13 rounds of chemo. She is facing 3 more weekly chemo treatments followed by 5 1/2 weeks of daily radiation. Since diagnosis she was hospitalized for 17 days due to infection. Last week she suffered a mild heart attack.

As an RN, for 17 years, primarily in home health. Jennifer has taken care of many cancer patients never expecting at age 43 she would be diagnosed with cancer herself.

This has been a long stressful road-physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. As she is unable to work, their family has had a significant loss of income as they prioritize their lives around treatment, appointments and recovery time.

We are asking you to help ease their financial burden so they can put 100% of their energy into beating cancer. We would be very grateful for any donation.
