Gary Speed Charity Walk (Andy's Man Club)

Last summer over 100 of us walked 92 miles from Gary Speed's first football pitch in North Wales back to Elland Road. Bones were broken, blisters formed in sizes and shapes nobody thought possible and in the end we raised over £85,000 for mental health charities.

Sticking with the Gary Speed theme, this year we are walking from Goodison Park, his boyhood club and destination after Leeds United, back to Leeds. As luck would have it, the route is exactly 92 miles again.

The money raised for Andy's Man Club allowed them to take on extra staff, helping to expand the number of clubs they can offer as well as visiting workplaces to discuss mental health issues. We have also partnered with them to create a monthly podcast where we openly discuss the things that stress us out.
