He had a huge heart and loved animals and nature. He enjoyed baseball and was a dedicated life fan of the Raiders.

He leaves behind a son Jayson Gutierrez, sisters Josephine Gutierrez, Jennifer Galvan and his brother Jesse Gutierrez. He is survived by his Aunts Helen Gutierrez, Angie Gordan, Gena Gibbons and India Tallman and many close cousins and dear friends.
