Tragic death of John Viruete, Shot at 16 gathering funds

Our beloved family member, who was a son, brother, uncle, and friend, John Viruete, unexpectedly and unfortunately passed away on Dec. 11, 2024, at 9:16 PM in Chicago, which left our family utterly devastated beyond words.

My brother was the youngest of four siblings, being the only boy, and the last of my mother’s children who was supposed to leave the nest and start making his life at 18. He had so many plans and dreams for the future. Regrettably, Jonny didn’t make it to Christmas to receive his presents, but with your contribution, you can help our family financially by paying for his funeral and getting psychological help for our mother throughout this difficult period in our lives.

Nuestro querido miembro de la familia, que era hijo, hermano, tío y amigo, John Viruete, falleció inesperada y lamentablemente el 11 de diciembre de 2024 a las 9:16 p.m. en Chicago, lo que dejó a nuestra familia devastada más allá de las palabras. Mi hermano era el menor de cuatro hermanos, siendo el único varón, y el último de los hijos de mi madre que se suponía dejaría el nido y empezaría a hacer su vida a los 18 años.
