I am deeply saddened to inform everyone of Joseph Western's (formerly Raetz) unexpected passing today, April 1, 2023. Joe was a good friend to many and brought together people from diverse backgrounds. He was a talented photographer, well-read, and appreciated good food, art, music, and culture.

Joe came from a modest background and received disability benefits for the past several years, and as a result, he did not have a lot of savings. Therefore, we ask for your generous support (as little or as much as you can give) to help cover the costs of Joe's funeral arrangements.
