Funds to help mom on her recovery

Hi everyone, posting an update on our mom. Thank you for your continued support. Our mom was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the lung with spread to the brain. She had surgery to remove the large tumor from her brain. Surgery was successful. It has been a rough few days but she is starting to recover. We wish the biggest battle was behind us but it’s not. The MRI showed 5 smaller tumors on her brain and she still has a large mass on her lung. We are exploring all options for the best plan of action. We are focused on getting her moving around and eating well so that we can get her strong enough to continue this fight. Please continue praying for her, we need you guys now more than ever. Funds will be used to cover treatments as her insurance will not cover the type of treatments we are interested in. She doesn’t want to do chemo at this time so we are exploring other avenues such as proton therapy and a more holistic approach. She will also be out of work for some time as she is not able to drive currently. She is so worried about going back to work instead of recovering. We want to help take the pressure off.
