Assalamu alaykom,
Peace and blessing be upon you all.
It’s heartbreaking that I need to do this. However, my family in Gaza is starving. The cost of feeding one person in Gaza can be up to £100, and my extended family there is just over 100.
I’d like to raise money for them inshaAllah so that they can afford to purchase food and water, we’ll be sending the money directly to them. Many families have been doing the same and this money has been helping, and we’ve already sent some money but unfortunately it’s only a fraction in terms of what they actually need to survive. All of them have lost so much weight and are literally starving. Some have told us they are using hay, and grinding it to turn into flour. They mix it with water and eat it in order to quench their hunger. This is beyond painful to hear, especially since I know there’s something I can do to help them.

I pray we’ll be able to raise as much as possible. Enough to provide them with sustenance until we finally get the ceasefire that is very much needed.
