Funds for Chris Joven's 3 children

On November 21st 2023, Cst. Chris Joven tragically passed away due to an rare cancer called Spindle Cell Sarcoma.

An excellent RCMP officer and a dedicated father, Chris passed away just after 2 months of his diagnosis.

Chris suddenly left his children, Maverick (12), Myah (11) and Adaline (7) without a father. The cancer once diagnosed quickly encased major vessels around his organs and heart, cutting his life way too short with his family.

Chris radiated a positivity to those around him, and it was not uncommon to see him laughing and smiling everyday.

This Go Fund Me was created to raise funds for the future of his 3 kids. Maverick is a proud member of the Sea Cadets and basketball, while Myah and Adaline are active in their love in dance and gymnastics.

With permission from Heidi, who was set to renew her marriage with Chris this December, proceeds raised from the Go Fund Me will be transferred for the future of his children. We will miss you Chris.
