Funds for Beau's Safe Return to Maryland

My ex-husband has taken my son across state lines to live without notifying me. He resides in Fayetteville, NC and refuses to bring my son back home. We have a legal custody agreement through the state of Maryland and he has violated the agreement.

The police won't do anything or give us an address to serve him paperwork. We've been advised to retain an attorney and play the long game. He disconnected his phone number, moved out of his most recent address, and deleted all social media accounts. We have no way to access Beau or make sure he is okay. We believe that Clayton has manipulated Beau and has convinced him that everything that's happening is normal.
