Work or starve, the choice for child labour in Pakistan’s' Brick kilns. An estimated 1.7 million children from the age of 5 years are now working in brick factories. All denied their basic right to education - one of the world’s biggest tragedies. we are trying to help.

Since 2015 Pastor Johns' Association has provided on-line leadership and training courses. With the help of village elders, ministers and local connections we have established a growing following of these young boys, girls and adults, all held under bonded labour. Classes are attended by 90 or more pupils a session, but the scale of help needed is huge, as you can imagine.

John returns to Pakistan in June 2023, with a medical doctor to encourage and support the local communities, previously visiting villages around the major cities of Islamabad, Faisalabad, Lahore and Sheikapuru, Karachi, Silcot etc 

This will include free medical camps in particular at the remote brick kiln villages we visit. We are becoming even more ambitious to provide seed and plants, even livestock and to help the mothers get out of bond , by providing sewing machines and Godly creative business solutions, as a way forward.
