Fundraising request for a deserving widow & her daughter

In the name of Allah, the Kind, the Caring.

Following the sudden bereavement of our beloved friend, a man in good health and fitness, he died unexpectedly but peacefully. To Allah we belong, and to Allah we return.

He left behind his wife and a young daughter who are now a widow and orphan (in the Islamic sense of the word). His wife, who has multiple health conditions including a brain stroke she went through in June 2023 just before her husband’s death, has sole responsibility to provide for the family. With her adverse health condition, it’s very hard for the family to cope.

He was loved by everyone who knew him. He was a devoted family man and a respected IT Consultant. He touched so many people's lives as an educational mentor.

For those left behind, let us do our communal duty to his bereaved family. Supporting a widow and orphans is one of the best actions in Islam, so when these tragic opportunities come along in our lives, we must do our bit.

All funds will be transferred to his wife as the sole beneficiary, for her to decide how best to use them for her and the daughter’s needs. Please donate generously.
