Fundraising for the local people of India

I have been asked by two good friends in India if I can support them in getting food to people who desperately need it - in the slum I visit in Delhi and also in my beloved Benares. They are distributing small food parcels to the poorest people in those areas. Of course I will help as much as I can. No pressure at all, but if you have been watching events unfold in India and have been unsure how you can help - I am happy to pass on your donation directly - no matter how small (even $10 will feed a family for a week). I know these people personally and I know 100% of the money will get to the people who need help. If you can’t afford it at the moment that is all ok! Please just send love and light to India. I know they so appreciate we are thinking of them.
