Help send the Romford Drum & Trumpet Corps to the USA 2026

The Romford Drum & Trumpet Corps (Registered Charity No: 1177736) has been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity—to represent the UK at the USA’s 250th anniversary celebrations in Philadelphia in July 2026!

As the ONLY UK band invited, we will proudly take part in a series of prestigious events, including America’s longest-running 4th of July parade—the Grand Glorious Patriotic Parade.

This is an incredible honour, but we need your help to make it happen.

About the Romford Drum & Trumpet Corps (RDTC)

We are a passionate, community-driven youth marching band based in East London, providing music education and performance opportunities at no cost to our members.

Our Prestigious Performance History

We are honoured to have performed at some of the UK’s most high-profile events in the last year, including:

✨ The Lord Mayor’s Show (where we are regular participants)

✨ HRH The Princess of Wales’ Christmas Carol Concert at Westminster Abbey

✨ The London New Year’s Day Parade

✨ London Band Week, where we performed at the ExCeL Centre & Hampton Court Palace alongside top international bands
