Hi friends,

Many of you know my best friend of 35 years, Laura. Her step daughter Paige, just 17 years old has been diagnosed with stage 4 blood cancer.

Paige has just been moved from ICU to the ward at Geelong hospital. The cancer is in her spine, bone marrow, kidneys and liver. She has just started chemotherapy which they anticipate she will undergo for the next 4 months.

Her family is my family to me. I want to alleviate some of the day-to-day chores, like meals and maybe extra time away from work, which can help them spend more time supporting Paige and their other children.

If in a position to assist, I (and them, I’m sure) would be so appreciative.
