It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Bulbul Ahmed's sudden passing due to heart complications. Bulbul, a dedicated Ph.D. student in Renewable Energy and Natural Resources in Louisiana State University (LSU) at Baton Rouge, leaves behind a pregnant wife and his mother. Having lost his father at an early age, he was the sole earning member of his family. Hailing from Bangladesh, Bulbul's family now faces financial challenges in the wake of this tragic loss.

We, the Bangladeshi Students’ Association at LSU, are launching this campaign to provide much-needed support to Bulbul's grieving family with the consent of his wife Shammi Akter Any. Coming from humble beginnings, they find themselves in a precarious financial situation.
