Fundraising for a Life-Changing Divorce

Hi, i'm raising this fund for a family member back in Afghanistan. My family member in Afghanistan got married a few years ago, but her husband is abusive. He would beat her, threaten her life, and did some of the most heinous things anyone could do. She wanted to get a divorce, but he kept refusing. She managed to leave his house but he keeps trying to make her come back. Both his family and her family have been going back and forth about the divorce, but my family member's husband keeps refusing it. They came to a point where they agreed, but he's asking for 30,000 dollars. Her family agreed because he won't divorce her under any other circumstances. He's saying, "Give me that money, or I'm not divorcing her." I've sent her 6,000 dollars already. As a student, that's the best I could do. If there is any way that you could help as well, it would mean the world to us and her, no amount is too small.
