My brother, Adnan Alsahhar, a young man from Gaza, suffers from a completely deteriorated hip joint. The pain is unbearable. Doctors have warned us: “If he doesn’t get an urgent hip replacement surgery, amputation may be the only option.” We live under very difficult conditions in Gaza, with no stable income.
