Fundraiser for OTTAWA to the House of Commons (APRIL 2025)

Hi PWD ARMY, ALLIES & WARRIORS,

This year we are fundraising in order to cover the costs of getting to Ottawa at the beginning of APRIL (now, due to the delay of Parliament recently announced) to be AT the House of Commons when our local Members of Parliament present our Disability Advocacy Petitions to the Federal Government!

Brent Frain, Sonjia Grandahl & myself (Jeff Leggat) have two (2) approved Petitions calling on the government of Canada to END imposed POVERTY of ALL 1.5 million Disabled Canadians throughout Canada.

We are not "bougie" - we are all staying in an AirBNB & getting cheap flights from Victoria to Ottawa return.

We will be doing press coverage in Ottawa under Disability Action of Canada & under Canadians with Disabilities & their Allies podcast.
