Fundraiser Rebuild Ifugao After Typhoon, Support Philippines

Donation protected

Please Help Ifugao Stand Again; In Honour of My Family, My Province.

Why Does This Matter?

Coming from my heart I know Ifugao is a resilient province, but this typhoon has left scars that will take years to heal, with the whole community pleading for immediate help because their lives have been torn apart. Many families are grieving while also trying to survive without shelter nor basic necessities having lost not just their livelihood but also loved ones. With the spirit of the holidays instead of celebrating, many are wondering how they will get through the next few weeks. So I ask let us remember Psalm 34:18 that Christ is close to the brokenhearted that no matter the circumstances God can bring comfort to those crushed in spirit.

This tragedy didn’t just affect my province
it honestly broke my heart to know I lost multiple members of my family I hold dear.
It took people I love and it left a community shattered. But I believe in the strength of Ifugao.
I’ve seen resilience in my people my whole life.
I know they will rise again but they need that one small act of kindness to begin somewhere.

How You Can Help?

No matter how big or small, every donation goes directly into supporting and sharing that light of hope for families who have lost everything.
Your support means the world to me and to every person in Ifugao who is trying to rebuild something especially this Christmas and New Years.

If you cannot donate, please share this fundraiser link. Your share could reach someone who can help.
From the bottom of my heart,
thank you for supporting us during this painful time. Your kindness brings light that reminder that God’s love shows up through people, even in our darkest moments. Please help me honour the people I love and carry their memory forward with compassion that even in heartbreak, we are mot alone

How Will Your Donation Bring Change?
Your donations will go directly towards:

• Basic living necessities such as blankets, mini first aid kits

Every donation as small as £1 goes toward restoring safety and hope for families in Ifugao.

Why Does This Mean Everything To Me?
Hi my name is Nicoelle and reigning Miss Philippine Youth 2025, I never imagined I would be writing such a heartbreaking story.
The Super Typhoon Uwan struck my home province, Ifugao causing a devastating landslide that destroyed entire communities and took away members of my own family.

On November 10, I received a call from my mom that changed everything.
Her voice was breaking as she told me that the landslide had taken my cousin and my tito (uncle).
People I loved.
People I thought I’d see again.

One of the most memorable moments in my life I have with them both is a photo of us hiking in Batad just after celebrating my birthday laughing and also the first time I was seeing this side of my family after 15 years.
I didn’t know that memory would become a goodbye. The last time we’d stand together on those terraces. The last time we’d share that moment.

Losing them from so far away has broken me in ways I cannot fully explain.
Some days I go through my routine as if I’m okay and other days I find myself crying alone at university but even through this heartbreak, I knew I wanted to do something. Psalm 34:18
words really carried me through the days when I couldn’t carry myself and I am forever grateful and continually praying over Gods graces through these times.

THANK YOU FROM MY HEART TO YOURS!
Many survivors are sleeping in temporary shelters. Some are still searching for missing relatives. Most are trying to rebuild with nothing but faith and hope.

From the bottom of my heart
thank you for reading, for sharing, for caring and for helping Ifugao rise again.
Your kindness means more than I can ever express into words.
