Cash donations are very welcome, and easily made through the GoFundMe platform.

Cash donations from Sponsors can also be easily be made with the agreed amount

through with the GoFundMe platform. Receipts will be sent by" Somos Esperança Associação de Solidariedade" charity to the sponsors on request. Vouchers are also very welcome.

My name is James Monahan. My wife Sylke and I have a home in Olhão where

we live for a good few months every year. We truly love coming to Olhão. We have great friends and neighbors and we love the hospitality we experience every time we come.

After a recent visit to the Somos Esperanca Charity at Rua Almirante Reis 145 , 8700-365 Olhão and experiencing the team's great work to provide for the less fortunate, we decided to start work to raise awareness in Olhão for the charity and find partners, sponsors and donors to raise additional funds to meet the challenges of rising costs and providing additional services.

We are now part of a team of dedicated individuals who are fundraising for this great charity "Somos Esperança Associação de Solidariedade" /Instagram Loveforall.Olhao.

We invite you to be a part of our fundraiser campaign for this wonderful charity in Olhão. Together, we can create positive change and help those who deserve a chance for a brighter future.

Homelessness is a pressing issue affecting many individuals and families in our community in Olhão. The lack of shelter, warmth, and stability takes a toll on their physical and mental well-being. But with your support, we can provide them with vital resources and opportunities to help reclaim their lives.

Patricia (Photo) and the co-founder Kevin (Chá Chá Chá Restaurant Owner) are insistent that the charity's clients be treated with dignity first and foremost. The charity provides freshly cooked meals daily as well as showering facilities, washing etc. and has a great team of volunteers. Non-cash donations like men's clothes (usually in smaller sizes),shoes,children's toys, furniture etc. are stored on the premises and made available to those in need. They are planning to rent an adjacent locality to store more furniture and provide short-term emergency housing.

The latest increases in prices has added to to financial challenges the charity have to cope with.
