Fundraiser for Run For Chinatown

Donation protected
Hey, I'm Tim!

I started running in the summer of 2020, and quickly found that I enjoyed ultra-distance events (longer than 26.2 miles). I believe in using running, a primarily solo sport, to engage others and give back to the community.

Last September, I ran for 18 hours around Central Park, and raised $1000 for a plant-based community fridge operating in East Village.

On Sunday March 27th, I will run 55 miles around the Prospect Park loop to raise funds for Run For Chinatown . This group has been using running to aid the people of Chinatown and highlight the issues of racism and xenophobia towards Asian which the pandemic has exacerbated. With the recent murders of Michelle Go and Christina Yuna Lee, the issue of violence is impossible to ignore. This run is my way of supporting a group that works directly with the community to bring about change.

My run will start at 7am EST, and end between 5-6pm. If you would like to follow along, here is my Instagram

Thank you for your support!
