Help my brother Jim, while he goes through his treatments.

UPDATE: MAY 12,2025

Jim went to Sunnybrook last week Tuesday for what he thought was another biopsy turns out it was a major surgery.
He got home Friday May 9th, 2025. My dad had to pick him up cause the cancer society wouldn't without someone with him.
When Jim got home he was feeling sick and had to call an ambulance to take him to Ross memorial. He is home resting but in pain.

He needs to go back to Sunnybrook May 20th. If you can help in anyway it would be gratefully appreciated.

Thank you everyone. :)

UPDATE: April 17, 2025

Jim has been going to Sunnybrook hospital every two weeks as they are doing the removal in steps until it is fully removed. He has had three biopsy's so far.
He has to go for another cat scan to see if it has spread to his bloodstream. If it has it will result in longer and more aggressive chemo treatments and another method of removal.
Fingers crossed that the removal is a success.

He goes back on April 29 for three cat scans on his head, torso and lower extremities.

He had to pay for a ride to and from sunny brook cause the cancer society wasn't able to drive and wait for him cause his appointment was after the time they work until.

If you can donate so he doesn't have the stress during this difficult time it would be greatly appreciated.

Happy Easter everyone. :)

UPDATE: February 27, 2025
Jim had a biopsy done and he just received the results the growth on his face is aggressive skin cancer growing deeper.
He just cant catch a break.

I just spoke to Jim and he is about ready to give up, it is affecting him mentally.
Everyone that knows him knows he is a funny outgoing guy that loves life. And his children are his world.
They are the only ones keeping him going.
Reach out to him to show your love.
He needs your help! Every little bit helps.

I are reaching out on behalf of my beloved brother Jim he is 48 years old, a devoted father to five wonderful children and a friend to many. James was diagnosed with lymphoma and leukemia cancer. He is receiving chemotherapy twice a month two days a month, 6 hours each day in Peterborough Ontario.

He has to reach out to the cancer society’s for rides to Peterborough Hospital and back to his place in Lindsay and so far they have missed him twice and he was unable to get to his treatment.
He has been in the hospital 5 times and has had 23 blood transfusions.

He isn't well enough and is very weak for weeks after his treatments and has to pay to have supplies delivered as he isn't able to get out.
Also due to flu season it is best for him to stay home due to no immune system.

He is having a hard time walking and getting around.
He is paying for cabs to get blood when he is low.

We want to lessen this burden so Jim can focus fully on his recovery without the stress of financial concerns and be able to pay for rides so he can get his groceries so he isn’t walking.

Our goal is to raise funds that will help cover his expenses and living costs during his treatment and ensure all needs are met during this tough time.

Every little bit helps and is deeply appreciated.
If you would rather not go through the Go fund me page you can message me and I can give you Jim's personal email.
