******Update from the family******

As many would know and have seen, our home was destroyed by fire on Wednesday last week. Luckily all people at home escaped safely - something we are eternally thankful for.

Our Son (15) and Daughter (13) are doing well all things considered and have had wonderful support from their schools (Lauries and Loreto), sporting clubs and their peer network and families.

Chad and I are overwhelmed with the outpouring of support and generosity from our beautiful community and friends (far and wide). We want to give a special thanks to Leilani for organising and helping to facilitate.

Our heartfelt thanks to our neighbours generally who rallied on the day, especially Cat and Margot, who have been impacted too.

We love Tarragindi, we will rebuild and we will be back as soon as we can.

Hi everyone my name is Leilani. Our neighbours experienced a devastating house fire that destroyed their home and belongings. Thankfully, nobody has been harmed and everyone is safe, but they have lost nearly everything and are now having to rebuild their lives. This is a tragic incident that should never happen to anyone, especially this hardworking family.

the community is already coming together to support this family, with multiple community members asking how they can help - this fundraiser will give everyone a direct way to support the family through this overwhelming time.

We have spoken with the family and they are aware of this GoFundMe and the funds are going directly into their bank account

The funds collected will go towards whatever the family needs in this time, such as clothing, food, temporary housing, replacing personal items, and covering unexpected expenses during this incredibly difficult time.
