Fundraiser for Kacie Star's Daughters

Hi, I’m Sophia Wright, a junior at Arcata High School and the daughter of Kacie Star who recently passed away. She always made the holidays very joyful for my two sisters and me. This has been super hard for all of us. Our mom always had a way of making us feel special during this season.

I’m scared this Christmas is going to be dark and sad for my little siblings without our mom. Mila is four years old and Cambria is five years old. I want to give them what my mom would and distract them from the fact she isn’t there anymore. We are starting this GoFundMe to buy my little sisters Christmas presents and other necessities. I was hoping to use the money for back to school clothes for my sisters, toiletries, shoes, and food for their lunches.
