Fundraiser for Cyclone Gaja Relief

Dear friends,
Cyclone Gaja which made landfall on Friday, Nov 16th along the Tamilnadu coast has completely devastated the Cauvery Delta region. Several towns and Thousands of villages spread across Thiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Thanjavur, Cuddalore, Pudukkottai, and Ramanathapuram districts have been severely affected by the aftermath of this powerful cyclone. The primary source of income in these areas is from Banana trees, coconut trees, Paddy cultivation, and fishing. Gaja has uprooted scores of coconut trees, homes and fishing equipment. People living in these areas have entirely lost their livelihood, and it will take years for them to recover from this tragic loss.
There is a lot of immediate help and relief required in the affected areas. Power, water, milk, medicine, food, and necessities are in high demand. This campaign is to raise money to assist in the relief and rehabilitation measures.
