In celebration of seven years as a band and partnership with Riverwest FemFest, Ruth B8r Ginsburg presents:

A Parade for Creative Dissent - Fundraiser for Reproductive Freedom
We will meet, dressed to impress, in South Shore Park at noon on Saturday, June 25th, and parade our
way to a queer-owned venue, Cactus Club, where there will be a makers market, various organizations linked to reproductive freedom tabling, food trucks, alternating speakers and performances by Sunshine Raynebow, LaRosette, Izzy Veta, and Ruth B8r Ginsburg.
All door money will be donated to the Wisconsin Women's Medical Fund, who directly funds abortion care.

The goal of this event is to inspire and inform. Right now people need hope and inspiration. We would like
to meet these needs. We need to take care of each other because the people in power won’t. We should
not allow them to cater to the fantasies of a delusional few at the expense of our safety, health, and civil
freedoms.
We are asking for financial support from our community to cover operating costs of this event. Anything extra will be donated along with the door money to the Wisconsin Women's Medical Fund. Everything helps. We will not stop fighting for ourselves and each other. This event is part of that fight. Your financial support would be incredibly impactfuland appreciated.
About RBG:
The group was formed in 2015 as a radical response to the lack of visibility that femme musicians have in Milwaukee's music scene. The combination of their voices is undeniable and has inspired countless tears and cheers over the past seven years.
