Funding to support late Andrew Janes wife and kids

Donation protected

*The last GoFundMe set up by Andrew’s sister I do not have access to. The family decided to put those funds in a college account for Steven and new baby.

On Sept. 30th, 2020, I lost my husband, the father of my children and my best friend.

That morning I found him unresponsive. While I was on the phone with 911, he took his last breath. That was the worst most traumatic day of my life.

Andrew had accomplished a lot in his life worth being proud of, but the proudest day of his life was when he became a father. Steven Victor was his pride and joy and the love of his life. He loved teaching Steven anything and everything he could. He loved being his father. Sadly, he will not be able to experience this joy again. Our second child is due in March and it breaks my heart that he will not be able to experience that. He was already so in love with this little baby.

Andrew was loved by so many people. He had a big heart and wanted to use his intelligence to help the world. He wanted to help anyone he could, however he could.

He had my back on everything and I am not the only one who could turn to him for that kind of support. Anyone could count on him for that. He loved and loved hard. I felt that love, Steven felt that love, and I will make sure our new baby knows how much he loved them, too… It’s still so difficult to process that he’s gone. I know he would be filled with so much gratitude knowing that so many of his friends and so many people want to help his little family.

Friends of his have reached out to do a memorial for him and he truly deserves it. Because of financial reasons I have to leave California before the date of that memorial. If you would like to attend or get more details on it please send me a message. I have requested video and pictures. Steven and I will have our own little memorial once we receive his ashes.

I started this fundraiser because so many have reached out asking to donate and wanting to help. Anything that is donated will go a long way to making this transition and process a little bit easier. All I want is for my children to have a good life. Their father was taken too soon. I want and need to be more than just mom so that they can grow up happy and healthy.

I know times are tough for everyone and I appreciate every little gift and every word of encouragement.

Thank you all for being so supportive through this difficult time.

*100% of proceeds go directly to me and my children.
