STOP Disabled Stefanie's Eviction

Donation protected
Stefanie Walters & Tony D'Aloisio have an attorney taking their disabled discrimination case to the Federal Level as a contingency basis, however, their attorney does need some out-of-pocket costs and expenses. There will be eight (8) lawsuits, four for Stefanie and four for Tony.

Attorney Joseph B. LLP in Fairview, Ohio is representing both Stefanie and Tony as of January 11, 2020. Please read below.

Stacey Asvestas  is raising money to employ the attorney  to represent victims Stefanie W. & Tony D. against all responsible persons or entities and to prosecute all injury and/or damage claims involving Fair Housing Discrimination against HOA  & Management in North Royalton .

Tony is being forced by the HOA to Evict his Terminally ill friend who may have less then a year to live unless a miracle happens. Stefanie is staying (rent free) at Tony's condo he's owned for 25+ years in North Royalton, Ohio.

Stefanie is 46, a nurse, mother of 4 grown and 2 adopted children, went to Buckeye School & grew up in Valley City and a lifetime member of St. Martins Catholic Church.
Stefanie is disabled, uses a cane and walker.
Stefanie has severe Lupus, seizures from brain surgery (she has a wire inside her brain to her waist), and recently had a mild stroke October 11, 2019.

When Stefanie was in ICU at Medina General, Tony received the eviction notice from the HOA to evict Stefanie. Stefanie is due to have a very risky life or death surgery in  February 2020.

Stefanie & Tony needs our HELP❗❗ (Continue to scroll down past the pic)

Back in September, Stefanie reached out to me.
I asked my boyfriend if he would allow my lifetime school friend Stefanie to stay at his condo.
Tony was 100% supportive and said yes. Tony & I rushed as quickly as we could to get his condo ready for Stefanie.  Stefanie moved-in on September 15, 2019.
And then Tony was served with papers from the HOA to evict Stefanie while she was in ICU.

The HOA condo association board  (three people) sent a letter to Tony on Tuesday, 11/12/19 stating that Tony must evict Stefanie by Dec. 15 or pay a daily fine of $150.00.
The HOA  is currently charging Tony $150.00 daily for not evicting Stefanie since Dec. 15,2019.

This means Tony has to take the HOA to court.

Tony followed all the HOA association rules and by-laws.  Tony  has proven to the HOA TWICE that they are breaking their own rules.  The HOA came up with a ridiculous reasons why they are evicting Stefanie.

1) The first reason was "You must file a hardship if she is renting".
~There is no hardship and Stefanie is not renting.
2)The second reason was: " They claimed Stefanie is a "Charity" which means Tony is running a "business".
~Tony proved that wrong  in front of the HOA board.  Tony has never had a 501 (c)3 or an LLC, Stefanie is not a charity or business.
3) The new third reason is: "You are allowed to have friends and family live with you, but this is not your Primary Residence".
~It sure is Tony's "Primary" residence". The HOA sent the eviction to his address via certified mail more than once. It is the ONLY residence Tony has with his mailing address for the past 25+ years. Tony pays his taxes, bills, and all his belongings are there.

What the board is doing to Tony & Stefanie:
1) Breaking their fiduciary duties
2) Discrimination against both Stefanie and Tony
3) Making up rules that are not in their by-laws
4) They must have 7 members on their board as stated in their by-laws not just 3 members.
5) The president lady on the board is breaking their by-laws by operating her cleaning business from her condo.
6) The treasurer on the board is breaking the by-laws by living over 8 yrs with his lady friend he does not own the condo his lady friend does. He is not allowed to be on the board as of 2017.
7) There are 5 federal laws they have broken.

Stefanie & Tony has a lawyer who will legally help them thank the Lord.
Joseph B. the lawyer will not charge more than $2,500.00 for this case (contingency - see pic below).

Stefanie has no place else to live, Tony will NOT  evict Stefanie especially during  her surgeries. She has done nothing wrong nor have Tony.

I also want to mention Tony spent 10+ years on the HOA association board and resigned from the board approx 5 mos prior to this happening.

Here is a great recent youtube video of Stefanie's Christmas surprise visitors from Texas! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLIaiEfJgJ4

As soon as we reach our goal, preferably by this Friday, 1/17/2020, Stefanie & Tony will meet their lawyer with the full payment from your donations to get started on their case asap.

*If we go over our goal of $2,500.00 the extra will be applied to cover the 2.9 percent payment processing fee and $0.30 per donation for using this site. Extra will also be applied to travel fees/fuel, and whatever Stefanie needs (prescriptions, etc..).

Please let me know if you have any questions.

If anything, say prayers for us.
Thank you so very much and God Bless.

Love, Stacey Asvestas
