Bright Smiles Project is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to bringing joy, learning, and opportunity to children in underserved communities. Through community-driven donation drives, we collect and distribute gently used toys, books, and school supplies to kids who need them most. Our goal is simple but meaningful—to brighten a child’s day, spark curiosity, and support their growth in any way we can.

Until now, we’ve been operating entirely through grassroots efforts, fueled by passion and the support of generous individuals. We are now ready to take the next step by becoming an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

This fundraiser will help us cover the filing fees and administrative costs required to apply for tax-exempt status with the IRS. Obtaining 501(c)(3) status will allow us to apply for grants, accept tax-deductible donations, and expand our reach to serve more children and families.

We are seeking to raise $600 to cover the full cost of the application process and any related legal or filing fees. Your contribution, no matter the amount, brings us closer to building a stronger, more sustainable organization.
