Springers for more Springers is a group that supports affordable housing and zoning reform in Yellow Springs.

Home Inc. is attempting to develop an affordable housing apartment complex in Yellow Springs supported by $15,000,000 in federal subsidies. A possible location for the complex has been identified, three acres on the corner of E. Enon Rd. and Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd, part of the eight-acre Morgan Fields.

This GoFundMe is to raise money to defray the legal costs needed to explore the sale of this land so that project planning can go forward. All the money this fund raises will be donated for this purpose through Village Council. If the money is not used, it will be returned to you.
