Stephen Tice Windham unexpectedly passed away on April 30, 2024 at the young age of 33. My name is Lori Martin and I am Stephen’s mother. I am devastated and heartbroken about losing my son, a brother, nephew, cousin, boyfriend, friend, and importantly a father to Ezekiel, age 4, and Lazlo, Age 2. I am the legal guardian for my grandchildren now. Stephen’s pride and joy were his sons, and his death has left our family and friends in an unimaginable reality. Stephen was devoted to his children and though he struggled as a young man and a single dad, we are extremely proud of his taking responsibility and becoming stronger every single day. His focus was on his children and building a great life for himself and his boys. He wanted nothing more than to see his sons grow up and succeed in school and in life.

It takes a village to raise a child and we want to make sure Stephen’s sons know that they are not alone. By contributing to this GoFundMe, you will be supporting these boys in their very long journey ahead. The funds for this GoFundMe will be put towards basic and immediate life needs, but we do hope to put a portion away so that these young boys can continue their education and one day attend college, or whatever their passion, as Stephen hoped they would.
