Fund the Fight: Stop the BPP Blueprint Data Center

Why We’re Raising Funds
Our community is standing up to protect land in Taylor, Texas that was legally deeded for parkland use. Despite this restriction, BPP Blueprint, a data center developer, purchased the property and is attempting to move forward with industrial construction.

In response, five Taylor residents filed a lawsuit to enforce the deed restrictions and stop this development. They’ve already covered legal fees and court costs out of their own pockets, but
with a critical court date coming up, they need help. This isn’t just about one neighborhood. It’s about holding corporations accountable, honoring legal deeds, and protecting Taylor’s future.

The Lawsuit
- Filed in Williamson County District Court against NCP Travis TPP Project, LLC (BPP Blueprint).
- Seeks to enforce the deed restriction that requires the land to be used exclusively for parkland.
- The court has already issued an injunction halting all work until at least October 15th.
- Next hearing: September 29th, 9:00 AM at the 395th District Court in Georgetown, TX.

This case is not against City Council. This is about enforcing the law and honoring the deed.

How Your Donation Helps
Every dollar raised will go directly to:
- Legal representation and attorney fees
- Court filings and associated costs
- Expert support to strengthen the case

The plaintiffs are not asking for damages. They are simply fighting to protect this land for its intended use: as a park for the people of Taylor.

Note on the beneficiary:
The listed beneficiary, Chris Osborn, is the attorney handling this case. He has set up a dedicated account specifically for the plaintiffs, and all funds raised through this campaign will go directly into that account for legal fees related to the case.

Why It Matters
This fight is bigger than one lawsuit. It’s about ensuring that:
- Deed restrictions are respected.
- Developers are held accountable.
- Land meant for public parks isn’t turned into industrial projects.
Our community has deep roots here. Families grew up playing on this land, and we’re fighting to make sure future generations can do the same.

Stand with us. Stand for parkland. Stand up for Taylor.
