Fund raising for St Edmund and St Mary's Church and School

Hello my name is Wayne, I am a 47 retired engineer.

I am passionate about music, a keen sportsman and love to volunteer and make a difference in my local community.

I have this year decided to Abseil the church tower of St Edmund to raise funds for the church of St Edmund and St Mary and the C of E Junior School of Ingatestone and Fryerning. (Details of the event here https://www.ingatestone-fryerningpc.gov.uk/ingatestone-church-tower-abseil/)

The tower is 83 feet (25 metres) high.

There is a minimum deposit of £50 to cover the cost of the experienced company who runs the event safely (Adventure +).

All additional funds will be given towards the upkeep and maintenance of school premises, for example the new school roof for which the school still owes a substantial amount.
