Hello you beautiful humans!

We are a collection of queer people noticing a distinct lack of support groups for our community that are safe and inclusive for all queer folk- especially trans in this current political climate. We are all suffering during this dumpster fire and deserve safe places to meet as groups and support each other! Thusly, we are looking to officially incorporate ourselves as a 501(c)(3) to fill this need within our community.

As Seattle Queer Support Network, we will be queer and trans operated, for trans and queer folks in various locations in and around Capitol Hill. We intend to provide administrative support for groups, allowing facilitators to make decisions on behalf of their groups, based on what is best for the group. Members using our service can find support groups that best fit them and where and when they can meet to find the community necessary to feel safe during this unrest.

Here's where we need your help! We are here, we are queer, and we need money! Filing the paperwork necessary to become an official nonprofit comes with price tags. We need your support to raise funds in order to fill this need. If we raise a simple $1,000 we will have enough to properly submit all the paperwork needed to make this happen. All further money donated will go towards funding necessaries such as administration software and other such things.
