Fund New Athletic School Record Boards at Wellesley High

Hi, our names are Viktor Davidsson and Max Hoffman and we're senior student-athletes at Wellesley High School.

We've witnessed an abundance of record times for our swimming and track teams broken in the past couple of years, the girls' swimming/diving times especially, yet the old wooden boards that recognize these achievements haven't received a significant update since 2010. The town of Wellesley promised to renew these boards when the high school was rebuilt in 2012, but failed to deliver. Our goal now is to take down the wooden boards covered in engravings and replace them with modern versions including slide-in plastic records from Team Fitz Graphics. The total for 3 boards (1 for indoor track, 1 for outdoor track, and 1 for swimming/diving) is upward of $3,000 based on initial estimates.

With a student body made up of a majority of athletes, we feel it is important to remember and highlight the ones who've excelled in their disciplines. We hope to use this GoFundMe to raise the money needed to ensure they are remembered. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
