Hi, my name is Ella, I'm 15 years old, and recently, I was presented an amazing opportunity by my school; to go to Borneo for 4 weeks, to volunteer, with the help of Camps International (available on instagram @campsint and Facebook under 'Camps International' for more info) This would be really special to me, as not only would it look good on a CV, but it would give me life lasting experiences, being able to help out in a community less fortunate than mine. This trip is in 2027, and when I go out, I will be helping to build and renovate community centres, homes or schools for the locals, as well as spending time with the wildlife, local to the Bornean Jungle. While in Borneo, I will complete a 5 day trek through the jungle itself, as well as having the ability to teach local children myself. Me and a few of my friends are going to be taking on a multitude of events and challenges throughout 2026, including sponsored walks, markets and more. I'll be posting these events on both Facebook and Instagram (both available through my profile) In total, I have to raise £5500, and I hope you can help me reach that :)
