-To stop the abuse of power by the HOA in imposing oppressive assessments, illegal elections, abuse and mismanagement of HOA funds, Lack of full transparency, missing funds, use of HOA Attorneys to harass co-owners... We are raising funds for an Attorney by petition to Court order a Special Recall Election to replace the Board, and appoint a Special Master to oversee a fair election.
