Help Joshua Volunteer Abroad & Chase His Dream of Saving Wildlife

Hi, my name is Joy, and I’m fundraising for my son Joshua, a kind-hearted, passionate, and determined 12th-grade honor student with big dreams — dreams that involve protecting animals, studying the natural world, and making a difference.

From a very young age, Joshua has been fascinated by animals and the environment. He’s not just a dreamer — he’s already out there doing the work.

A Future Zoologist in the Making

Joshua currently serves as a teen Zoo Crew volunteer at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, where he educates visitors about wildlife and conservation. He also spends his summers working at African Safari Wildlife Park — hands-on and always eager to learn more.

His ultimate goal? To attend Arizona State University and study Zoology, where he hopes to become a conservationist and help save endangered species from extinction.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Joshua has been accepted to a special volunteer-abroad opportunity in wildlife conservation after he graduates. This program will allow him to:

• Gain real-world experience working with animals in their natural habitats

• Earn college credits before starting his undergraduate journey

• Deepen his understanding of global conservation efforts

• Build a foundation for a future career helping animals around the world

This experience is not covered by financial aid, and while Joshua is working hard to save money, we need help to cover the full cost of:
